Tipya Agreement Terms / End User License Agreement for Tipya's Application ('AGREEMENT') is a binding legal agreement between you and Tipya regarding the above-mentioned software product, including any associated software components, media, printed materials, audio files, and online or electronic documentation ('SOFTWARE'). By installing, copying, clicking to accept or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of the AGREEMENT. The AGREEMENT fully regulates the relationship between you and Tipya (LICENSOR), and it supersedes any prior agreement between you, and any assumptions that do not appear in the agreement are deemed to have lapsed. If you cannot accept the terms of the AGREEMENT, do not install or use the SOFTWARE.
The SOFTWARE is subject to copyright laws and international treaties as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
Tipya is not a betting app! There can be no deposit or real cash in the Tipya app. Only betting tips can be created.
There is no real money in Tipya. The amount you place on a tip is just a number. It's not a real currency. Therefore, only prize money can be won at Tipya.
(a) Installation and use
Tipya grants you a license to install and use copies / copies of the SOFTWARE personally and non-commercially.
(b) Backup copies
You have the right to copy the SOFTWARE for backup and storage purposes.
It is not allowed to share the same user in the Tipya app. Your profile is personal and therefore it is forbidden to share with others. A breach of this rule may result in permanent exclusion from the app.
It is not permitted to remove or modify any copyright notice on copies / copies of the SOFTWARE.
(b) Distribution
It is not permitted to distribute copies / copies of the SOFTWARE to third parties.
(c) Prohibition to reverse engineer, decompile and separate
It is prohibited to reverse engineer, decompile, and disassemble the SOFTWARE or otherwise attempt to disclose the source code of the SOFTWARE unless - and only to the extent that the act is expressly permitted by applicable law applicable to this prohibition .
(d) Rental
It is not permitted to rent, lease or lend the SOFTWARE to third parties.
(e) Third-party marketing
The SOFTWARE including titles, figures, logos or images may not be marketed or otherwise distributed for sale without the express consent of Tipya. The ban also includes 'dynamic downloading' and any other system that might be an attempt to bypass Tipya's usual distribution channels.
(f) Support services
It is possible that Tipya will provide support services related to the SOFTWARE. Any additional software code that may be provided must be considered part of the SOFTWARE and subject to the terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT.
(g) Compliance with applicable law
Applicable law must be observed when using the SOFTWARE.
You can terminate your premium subscription at any time, delete your user and delete the Tipya app.
Tipya “Premium 1 month ($12.99/month) ” and ”Premium 3 months ($9,83/month)”
Subscription support Tipya as a free platform.
You can only use in-app purchase on the Apple App Store and Google Play to purchase subscriptions.
– Payment will be charged from your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase
– Subscription renews automatically unless automatic renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
– Renewal will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when the user buys a subscription to that publication, where appropriate

1. Go to play.google.com/store/account
2. Find the subscription you want to terminate.
3. Click cancel subscription.

Termination
In the event of a breach of the AGREEMENT, Tipya - without prejudice to other breach of contract - may terminate this agreement immediately. You must immediately destroy / delete any copy / copy of the SOFTWARE that you may have.You can terminate your premium subscription at any time, delete your user and delete the Tipya app.
Copyright
The proprietary title, including copyrights, of the SOFTWARE and any copy / copy thereof shall be the property of Tipya or its suppliers. Ownership and intellectual property rights over content / material accessed through the use of the SOFTWARE are the property of their respective owners and may be protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. THE AGREEMENT does not entitle you to use such content / material. Any rights not expressly granted to you are reserved to Tipya.Email marketing
By check marking terms and conditions when signing up, you accept email marketing from Tipya and its partners. Email marketing will contain casino/betting offers, product update, new followers and more. You can always edit the emails you would like to receive in your personal profile after signing up.Warranty Disclaimer
Tipya makes no warranties regarding the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE is provided 'as is' without express or implied warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, warranties of its merchantability, infringement of third party rights or its fitness for use.Subscription & payent
